The stay offered a good experience with a cozy ambiance and a unique decor that added character. The king attic room was well-lit, with a cute patio, a kitchenette, and a supremely comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the university campus and downtown. There was some noise from the street that might disturb light sleepers, and the parking could fill up quickly during busy times.

I stayed here recently and loved how close it was to both the beautiful Nichols Arboretum and the vibrant State Street. The friendly vibe, especially when I got to indulge at nearby favorites like Zingerman's Delicatessen for a snack after my morning walks.

Breakfast was savoury, we didn't feel like leaving!
We thoroughly enjoyed rooms on 3rd level. The hotel offered excellent omelet, fresh fruit, granola and eggs to start the morning with. The staff was competent and extremely friendly, offered great services

I've stayed at other places in ann arbor, but this bed and breakfast totally exceeded my expectations. The unique decor and cozy vibe, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was cute as i strolled around campus.
